HELPY was developed within the scope of TUBITAK-1512 Entrepreneurship Support Program (BİGG) as an application that includes a psychological support system based on an online-based self-help model based on CBT approach. The starting point of HELPY is the 'self-help model', which refers to the use of scientifically proven methods by individuals to improve their well-being without the support of an expert.

HELPY application has been developed as intervention programs for depressive mood and anxiety problems, which have the highest incidence according to scientific research. It is a psychological support system developed especially for individuals who need psychological support but cannot receive this help for various reasons.

In the process of developing the HELPY application, a team of academics/professionals working in the field of mental health and specialized personnel in software and design worked together. The application includes informative animations, interactive forms and activities, as well as a client guidance system supported by artificial intelligence models.

HELPY R&D conducts scientific research in addition to the mobile applications it develops. Researches mainly focus on mental disorders, internet-based treatment, autism and families of children with autism. Researches are carried out under the coordination of our founder Dr. Ferhat BAYOĞLU, a faculty member of Anadolu University.
